The Jumeriah hasn't guaranteed that a guest Won't fly a drone.

AM I overreacting here? It seems the only resort without a drone policy is the Gili Lankafushi and possibly Cheval blanc.

You shouldn't be doing anything outdoors that you wouldn't comfortably do in public anyway, right? Or am I the only one who thinks doing deeply intimate things in your "private outdoors area" not acceptable (or comfortable in the weather)?
