Unfortunately i can't answer that for you, my company appointed TA has always arranged the ticket for me. I only know who the ticketing carrier is by looking at the e-ticket receipt. I can't see why there would be problem though, I have called the JGC hotline in the past to validate some complicated routings before i send the order to my TA. I'm pretty sure they would be ok with putting through the order.
