My neighbour is crew , apparently the mixed fleet contract of crew are being offered a 3 year deal starting with 2 %.

The crew on the old worldwide and Euro type contracts have only been offered a 1 year deal at 1.2 %. This could be increased to 2 % if productivity savings are found.
