If you spend $7,500 per round trip, I assume that you are buying very expensive buckets, which will be great for the new AA program for both redeemable (award) miles and elite qualifying miles(EQM). You can buy AA-codeshared tickets, which I believe the BOS route is part of.

One trip BOS-HKG-BOS in AA-coded J class earns 32k EQM (or if it really is 'J' bucket, 48k EQM - halfway to emerald status!). If your ticket costs $7,500 it will earn you 75,000 redeemable miles in the new scheme, or a bit less depending on your status (but eventually, yeah) and that is more than enough for a one-way redemption in J from HKG to anywhere in the US. the way AAdvantage is headed is exactly geared at high spenders like you.
