At least you know it's a "she". I never met her or him.
Never got any email from her/him. We did see one guy at the breakfast once,
but he said hi and went away. Not sure who he was.
A woman who was there when we came might have been some sort
of manager in duty, but I'm not sure to be honest...
I was willing to give them a benefit of a doubt, but when they rushed us
(or rather that horrible butler took us - when the umbrella thing happened)
to the gates when we were leaving without ANYONE there to say goodbye,
I decided to post our experience. That was a first in years of us
traveling to the so-called luxury resorts

Look, we had an amazing time in Bali, that episode was mostly
during the first night and didn't ruin anything for us. But the point
of this forum is to share. I'm grateful as being here helped us
plan some amazing trips over the years
