That's wonderful. However, I wish United would celebrate Flight Attendants more for being good rather than for being around a long time.
As a customer, I don't give a rip about how much face time someone has done. It means nothing if you're crappy at your job. And I've seen plenty of 30-40 year veterans who fall into that category.
Celebrate performance instead of face-time and you'll have a much better airline.
