Now that you say that....when I re-read the language that could make sense too.
The language I quoted from the Chase FAQ could mean if you get multiple offers in the same calendar year on the same card --- (let's say in Feb, and then in August), the 50,000 aggregate cap applies.
But if you have two separate cards and two separate accounts, (from what you are saying), you can get 50,000 for each account each calendar year.
