To cut a long story short... an inexperienced assistant screwed up one of my flight bookings and I ended up having a new KF account created and miles from some flights credited to it.

I'm wondering if it's possible for KF to transfer those orphan miles to my existing account and close the new account. Anyone has experience doing this? Can it be done online or would it require a call to KF?
