30 DEFG is to be avoided because you will literally be stepped on by everyone trying to get to the lav.

32HK is not as good as 31AC because in 31AC I use my carry-on as a legrest extender since the legrest itself is too short to be of good use. in 32HK you don't have space to comfortably make your own faux-J seat (that is again why 31AC is superior to all others). However, if you get a newer aircraft, the design of the legrest is redone so that now it fits better (I'm around 5' 10"). 841 seems to occasionally get them, but this is pretty random and can't be predicted.

With my comments abt the legrest it is also obvious that I won't really look at all the other seats that don't come with that. As usual YMMV

Edit: Also, now that both meals are unique to PEY, you risk not having your choice for both services if you are in 34. While in 31 you will almost for sure get what you want both times.
