Soz for operational reasons, suspected due to ill flight crew member, EZY 407 from a main EZY base of Bristol has been cancelled to Glasgow. The full load of pax were all at gate. Now there is confusion on how, for the bank holiday weekend pax can travel. Why as a major EZY base can they not have back up crew? Indeed they seem to be ina confused manner suggesting that all pax can be busssed north. Thats about 7 hours...yep could fly to Dubai! Wonderful, let's pay for an airfare to be bussed if pax wanted a bus they would not be at airport. Surely there is back up crew for such an eventualities and where does EU 361 come into this? They have just ruined 156 pax holiday weekend. Customer services with this crowd is shocking!
