Upcoming stay at Delano for 1 night then Palazzo for 4 nights. Any recent experiences with the check in processes at both places? I usually check in at the front desk but read before that at least at Delano, I would be able to check in at the lounge area to the left of the front desk? How about Palazzo's check in process?
