Possible? Yes. But as usual for *A upgrades you will need to buy a eligible base economy fare which is in most cases more expensive than a discounted business class fare.
In addition there needs to be available space which is very limited in on SK longhaul flights.

Plus books into S, B or Y and my company allows this for TATL so I have a chance.
But, just tried on miles and more website (upgrading from Y) and got the message 'Business will be full, so no upgrade possible'.
Will try calling SAS and see if I have any more luck.
