Today I got the dreaded error code "We are unable to process your request. Please see the message below for details." repeatedly when trying to book an award ticket. That is extremely frustrating. Plus all of a sudden the pax number is static at "1" although I have ticked the "2 adult" box. In order to correct this I have to add or subtract one pax and then correct it back to "2". However, the next time I search it's back to "1".
