I have traveled this route five times back and forth in Premium Economy in the last 15 months. After reading lots of reviews and sitting in different seats I can honestly say that the best seat(s) “depends”.

First a person traveling alone will have a slightly different perspective than a couple. The time of departure and your end destination will also have an impact as to what you consider to be better or worst.

Traveling as a couple I would prefer the aisle / window seats over two seats in the middle section. The bulkhead row 30D-G has more room as nobody is in front of you. However, you have a smaller entertainment unit that folds up and people will walk in front of you to access to the bathroom. If you are not concerned about sleeping this is less of an issue.

The two seats next to the emergency exit (31AC) have a lot of space but I find the “window” seat to feel tight as there is no window. In fact, I moved from that seat recently to an aisle seat with nobody next to me and that was more comfortable.

Thus, traveling as a couple I would recommend the two bulkhead seats (32HK) if you can book them. However, you have a small risk of being reassigned if a family wants them. But, I have never seen the bassinet being used in that location.

Traveling alone I would have slightly different view and would opt to an aisle week in the middle.

The preference to stay on the right side of the plane is valid as it makes it easier to reach the bathroom in the PE section. But is not a big issue. What is the rush? you have 16 hours. Walking a few more steps is actually good.
