We were on the 11th floor facing the park close to the new building addition and never heard any noise and we took mid day naps.

The pool is still closed as of May 24th.

The room had still not been renovated, but was clean and very nice.

The Airport Limousine Bus is by far the easiest way to get there from Narita with luggage. It was a one hour ride each way and dropped us off at the hotel front door. Still 2450 yen.

There was a 7 Bank ATM almost directly across from the Club Lounge on level 2 which came in really handy. It took my USA issued Chase Visa just fine.

We paid for a Club Room and I thought the lounge was the best I've ever been to at a Sheraton. It allowed breakfast at the lounge or three of the restaurants. We ate at Toastina once (very nice and not very crowded) and the Grand Cafe (very nice and lots of people). The evening offerings were generous as well.

We took the train into the city three times. The Skytree has a "fast" line for international visitors that costs about 800 yen more each and we practically just walked into the elevator. They said the regular line wait was over 1 hour long.
