Updated mine with Delta a few months ago, in the end I had to call to have the existing Delta reservations populate, even after my profile updated. It only took the phone agent 60 seconds to do all 5 or 6 reservations, If I remember correctly domestic (US) reservations auto populated, the international ones needed manual update by the phone agent.
