I will not explain the differences to you because the Dan I know is clearly smart enough to understand the difference himself. However, as a small example, you allow trades of award night certificates (Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, etc) for cash ... something not allowed on Coupon Connection because of the terms of the program and/or those certificates.
