As a non EU carrier they will not automatically be included in any new UK-US open skies accord. Unless of course we re-joined the current EU-US scheme as an EU aligned territory like Norway and Switzerland...
Norwegian Air International are an EU carrier and have their 787 aircraft and many 737s registered in Ireland.
Nonetheless whether non-UK carriers would be party to any future UK-US bilateral is an interesting point, although I'm 100% sure whatever happens next month, the UK would remain within the EU own skies framework.
That is if WW3 doesn't kill us all
