Thanks to all who responded to my questions.

I'm still a little unclear about the different areas of KL, boundaries, and hotel locations. So, my follow-up questions are:

1) What is the area of the city that includes:
a) Doubletree/Intercontinental?
b) Grand Hyatt?
c) Sheraton Imperial?

2) The Grand Hyatt seems like it may be in KLCC (near a park named "KL City Centre Park" and close to Bukit Bintang. Is the Grand Hyatt location much better than the Doubletree/IC?
