I paid £26.50pp taxes/fees for a redemption on YLW-SEA In January. No idea whether I paid the phone fee or not. For that price I didn't care, considering Revenue flights were over £100pp
I asked on the issues thread whether AS bookings could be made online and it's a systems issue with AS apparently.
