Caveat: I'm not qualified to comment on diabetic guidelines.

Following the 1ml = 1g rule of thumb (which works fine for tonic water), then yes, the overall sugar content is <5%.

Fructose has a slower release rate than sucrose or glucose so your blood sugar spike post-consumption is smoother, this may be beneficial for a diabetic.

You may settle the bill with my secretary on the way out (standard fee 100 guineas)
