1. Bot SHIRAUME and Tawaraya Ryokans have availability. Should we attempt one or simply stay at hotel in Kyoto?
2. Ritz Kyoto is very pricey, strangely so. More than Aman Tokyo. Will the Hyatt suffice? 3. We have Friday to the following Sunday. Should we stick with just Tokyo and Kyoto, or add in Osaka? How many days in each?
