Comments: Like most everyone else here, I thought this was one of the better meals I've been served of late on Alaska. I'd have even considered it a good feed on a transcon. Nicely done, Alaska!
As to the sweet potatoes, I thought they were carrots. They sure tasted and chewed like carrots. Indeed, I would describe the vegetables as a medley of carrots, squash and celery along with chopped kale accented with onion.
