Any experience with TAP refunds?
Have bought a ticket online, and then cancelled it within the 24 hours "grace" period. The agent who did the cancellation reiterated that "the money will be credited immediately". Several days have passed, no money, called TAP again, an agent said that it can take up to 40 (!) days. The T&C on the website seem to indicate that refunds to credit cards may take up to 7 business days.
Any recent experience with getting a refund from TAP? Thanks!
