Personally, I tend to stay away from 30D-G. The traffic from people wanting to get to the bathroom can get annoying.

Ironically, I like 32H-K a bit, it has the leg rest, and has pockets in front of you to store stuff. I also like 34 F, G, H, and K. They have no rows behind them, so no one will try to hold on to the back of your seat when they need to move across the rows. You can tell my strategy is to stay on the side of the restroom, it is just easier.
