Being that they are dine on demand you can eat however you like. LAX-DOH will have the menu setup as dinner/snacks/breakfast. DOH-LAX will have the menu setup as breakfast/snacks/lunch. A lot of times I find the snack offerings on these flights better than the Lunch/Dinner mains. I almost always skip breakfast on the DOH-North America fights as like most people they are connecting form somewhere else and breakfast time has already gone by. Plus I find champers goes better with non breakfast items
