I would suggest you are confusing a Gentlemans' Club with BA's provision of enhanced facilities for their (registered) frequent flyers. It is not "our club" at all, we are just (in various degrees) entitled users of a facility that BA chooses to provide, and which they could terminate at no notice should they choose (see BAEC T&C)
If it's "our club" will you please advise me of the date of our next AGM, the address of our Club Secretary and send me an audited copy of the Club accounts for the previous financial year. I assume we also get to vote on who is Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and the other Committee members?
