The last two let BA know in advance if additional arrangements are needed.
If grandmother can climb steps but it's best that she doesn't, WCHS might be wise, in addition to the BLND keyword.
I've requested - Mobility and wheelchair assistance through MMB. The option offers:
Assistance to and from the aircraft
Help with stairs if the aircraft is parked away from the terminal building
Transport of your own wheelchair
That's all I can see.
