Am I the only one thinking that the lounge access rules are actually fine as they are and do not need any particular tweaking/extending/extra generous-ising? Again, borderline and exceptional cases can be dealt with by staff on an ad hoc basis, but I personally do not think that there is a need for automatic extra entitlement for SCH and GCH or equivalent.

In fact, I strongly suggest people be careful what they wish for because if I were to make a (totally uneducated) wild guess, in the current "mood", if BA revisited the rules, I'd suggest it would more likely be to make them worse rather than better.
