I've found EWR lines to be manageable or better the last few weeks. Generally go through A between 8-10 am. It's been one lane only, with usually a 10-15 minute wait (can we get PRE already????!!!!). Most of my C flights have been afternoon or early evening, and haven't had more than a 5 minute wait in Precheck.
