I started inquiring about the packet a few months ago and was told 'due to IT issues, there was a delay, but to expect them within a few weeks'. Never received anything.

Just called again last week and explained I hadn't gotten anything, didn't really care about the card, but did care about the UA lounge passes. Yesterday, I received just a 'replacement' Diamond card.... great.
