My interpretation of such an arrangement is that if you hold a card on the list, you are welcome to use CPH express. I have infact opened a case with CPH airport and asked them to come clear on their policy.
My understanding is that in CPH you airline membership status only helps you when you are flying with one of their birds. It doesn't help you when you are flying with another *A airline. This is also inline with what SK states on their fast track, and how the lounge access policies works, although being a EBD member I get fast track when flying LH, because LH uses SK as handling agent. At least that's what I've been told.
With lounge access you properly don't notice as you would often be granted access based on your *G status.

As I wrote. In the past they have been large on this, but it might have changed.
But end of the day. CPH security is stupid and slow. Even with the expansion they do at the moment it will still be to small. The should merge the SK fast track and CPH express at the SK fast track and expand it with 3 more lines. This will free up some much needed capacity at the standard security.
