Mobility Assistance LCY

Morning all,

My Grandmother and carer are off to Portugal next month, flying LCY-FAO-LCY.

My Grandmother is visually impaired, and cannot see anything...despite her eyes and brain both functioning.

At LHR and LGW, she has had no issues because of the airbridge to the aircraft - suitable for her in a wheelchair.

However, LCY has no airbridges. So, will the Mobility Assistance people wheel her to the steps of the aircraft, and then ask her to walk up...or do they have a truck with a lift that they can use (similar to LHR and LGW)?

Thanks all,

M
