Is it as easy as that? Perhaps that is the case, I don't know.
CPH express has one list of "Premium class passengers" listing several
airlines and another separate list of "Loyalty passenger, also listing several airlines'
status cards. There is no exclusion on the loyalty card list, saying only valid when flying on respectively airline.
My interpretation of such an arrangement is that if you hold a card on the list, you are welcome to use CPH express. I have infact opened a case with CPH airport and asked them to come clear on their policy.

Most certainly not. AFAIK, SK has made it clear that only EB tier members, business and plus ticket holders are allowed to use the SK fast track. It is not an star alliance perk.

Which brings me back to my original reflection - why on earth would A3 join the CPH express, with only 1 flight and virtually no business class passengers on the route CPH-ATH?
I imagine there are some fixed costs for joining Express, as well as the per pax cost charged.

And my question to CPH airport ("Why doesn't your gate readers accept *G when you list the card on your access list") just got the non-sense answer:
The Aegean Gold / Star Alliance Gold frequent flyer-Card gives you access to the SAS Fast Track. SAS has not shown interest in providing fast access for their cardholders through the normal Security-check. I suggest you to contact SAS for further info
