Toured the area last week. Work on the facade is in full swing with the windows set up already. It's a nice and quiet residential area right next to lake 'Aussenalter'. Only a minute away from "Bodo's Bootssteg" (café with boat rental) where you can board ships in summer to get to Jungfernstieg in the inner city. Agree that in winter, it may be a "frozen" walk to the center area.
