Moderator please redirect if this is not the right place

Airbnb has a new arbitration related policy which it has put in place. However, it denies access to the site if you disagree with the change. I don't have a way to check the status of a reservation that was previously confirmed (before this new terms notice) for a date in July. Can anyone please help?
