Your business class flight on a B763 from what I can see will be in Premium rouge, seat recline 5'', pitch 37''.
Based on my own experience from YYZ/EDI in Premium rouge, also an overnight flight on a B763, with gate to gate of just over 6 hours, the seats are not too good for a sound sleep, dozing-off at best. The shortish sector length may also be a factor?
( Fortunately I can be at home in my own bed, flight arrival +1hour, and catch up on sleep then!! )
