Depends on the ticket... you can try it online and see if it gives you any options, but you might have to call to check if there are more options available through an agent.
If you have a 'low/saver' coach award ticket then your SDC options will likely be limited just like if you had a heavily discounted low fare bucket paid ticket (V/X/T).
