Saturday: Tempelhof Airport and Spree Cruise
Sunday: Brunch and Farewell
I forgot that Franconian Dos usually started on Thursday evening rather than Friday evening and the main activities were on Friday and Saturday with a brunch on Sunday.
Not that you have to follow the same pattern but it seems to work well.
