Good question. The plan was for activities during the day on Friday and Saturday with a slightly lazier Sunday but can see that my wording was certainly unclear on this point.
Given that some have already made plans, I have contacted those on the confirmed list to check arrival plans and will schedule around that.
Tentatively, we would be looking at:
Thursday: Pre-drinks
Friday: Wall Tour and Historic Berlin Walking Tour
Saturday: Tempelhof Airport and Spree Cruise
Sunday: Brunch and Farewell

Anywhere around Gendarmenmarkt, Alexanderplatz or Potsdamer Platz will be central and reasonably convenient to planned Do Activities.
