Scott218, did HKG few times in Feb and doing few more in the next few weeks. I usually take AC07 to HKG as I don't like the red eye flight. For AC015; you will get a cold plate for the YYZ-YVR segment. You then have to get off the plane in YVR along with all your personal belongings (as they operate the YYZ-YVR segment as a domestic flight so they have to cater and groom the plane. A new set of crew comes on.) Then for the YVR-HKG segment, a light meal after take off and then breakfast before landing.

As for AC016, the flight is nonstop and here's a report I wrote when I flew it back in Feb:
