Stayed here 1 night last week for a quick trip to the keys:

1. Location:
Excellent it basically on Duval street (you have an entrance on duval but the main one is in a side street)

2. Parking:
I did not do much research before as this was last minute, they offer parking but its 6 blocks away, we parked I think at the post office 2 blocks away for I think the same price.

3. Room:
We booked a tiny room and you should take this VERY literally, the rooms are tiny. You have the bed, next to the bed is the shower so no separate bathroom. So do not expect any privacy. The lighting is blue.

4. Breakfast:
They offer continental breakfast, which according to the waiter included yogurt, toast and fruit. At that point I asked the waiter to also have an omelet and will pay for it, he came back that TODAY breakfast also included omelet. However they still charged me 6 usd for a fresh OJ.

Overall:
Hotel was very swanky, e.g. the light was everywhere blue (room and common areas). The pool was nice, cocktails an bar area very cool and offered nice drinks. They have a balcony overlooking Duval street where you can drink your own beer.
But expect if you book a tiny room no privacy (e.g. this is only if you travel alone or with your significant other.)
