I just got to experience terminal C first hand. Checkin was simple. The line maybe had 10 people in it and they had 5 counters servicing people. "The Lounge" is fine. Pretty standard offering. The biggest improvement is the view. Even though this is a shared lounge, there is an EI staff member on hand there and they call the flight so you don't need to worry about anything. The departure area was right next to the lounge and was a mess. The departure area is not equipped to handle an A330 so it is wall to wall people. I would say that there is only seating for 1/4 of the passengers in the departure area. On return the baggage claim was a mess as well. The Shannon flight and the Dublin flight had both arrived around the same time and there was only one baggage belt and not enough room for both flights.
