Always did, through various channels and in various versions to make sure they finally get it and it's satisfactory. After about two months or eight rounds they finally declined my application with no reason given even though I called in to make sure they finally have all documents they need for processing. Anyway I had already been "approved in principle". I've never been rejected for a card anywhere. SCB is an absolute disaster.
