1. What is most important to you in a frequent flyer program (FFP)?
upgrades, priority services, baggage allowance, good award redemption rates, better award access, lounge access, etc.

Good award redemption rates, upgrades & lounge access.

2. How many miles do you usually fly each year? How many flights/sectors?
less than 25000 miles, 50000+ miles and 20-25 flights, etc.

I will be flying 25,000+ miles within the domestic USA from New York to LAX, DEN, PDX, SFO & BOS predominantly. I prefer direct flights were possible.

I will have at least one trip a year from the USA to Australia & the UK.

3. What fare class do you usually buy?

Business

4. Are you able to choose your airlines and/or class of service? Do you travel for work and/or pleasure?

Travel will be for work & pleasure. I will be able to choose my own airline & class.

5. Which routes do you fly most often?

It will be mainly domestic USA.

6. What is your home airport?

Can be any of the NYC airports.

7. Do you have status in any FFP? What is it? How miles do you have banked in each FFP, if any:

Long time QANTAS FF but have not travelled a lot in the past 1.5 years. So currently only Bronze member with 100,000+ points.

8. What are your preferred airlines, if any?

I do not have a strong preference.
