Though he's arriving from a Schengen destination, so technically he should be able to stay in the A-concourse for a while, and then clear passport control to B when his flight nears boarding.

I'm flying BMA-BRU-NRT next month, with a 6 hour layover in Brussels. So I'm hoping that I can stay in The Loft for a few hours before clearing passport control.
