Yes to both.
I received an upgrade to a Deluxe Executive Suite (one level under Presidential Suite) and lounge access as a Plat.

Platinums (and Golds) also get access to the gym and sauna area. The hotel has a pretty large gym and pool/sauna/golf area (also used by outside guest who are members of the club).
