I went for Aria in the end.....it was very good! Got there for about 2pm and had the brunch which lead into the Gourmet Dinner. Cost $35 in the end which I thought was very good, only downside is the dim sum section which was very basic and poor in terms of choice and quality. The snow crab legs were great!
