On BA.com on a random date I can choose Itami-Haneda-LHR on JAL.

07:10 Itami (Osaka) - 08:15 Haneda (Tokyo) BA4628
11:20 Haneda (Tokyo) - 15:50 Heathrow (London) BA4603

However, I'm surprised that the first limousine bus from Osaka/Umeda does not reach ITM until 06:35. It should be ok for a 07:10 departure.
