Evidently! You would think that they could give you the correct answer instead of people here knowing FB's job!

I spent 30 minutes on the phone this morning. The agent came back and said "yes, you should have got it!"

Now, will I get it? I don't know but I'm not holding out any hope. Apparently it has to go through various systems as they already added the miles in but because the segment is missing it's a different process.
